Yemeni coffee is unique in many ways. Yemeni coffee is grown organically; this is so because of the traditional ways of the yemenis, this arabica coffee is grown almost wild on almost barely cultivated land under harsh growing conditions.
Grown at a soaring altitude of 2000 – 2900 MASL in the district of Bani Ismail, Al-Dhi’m is an heirloom varietal, descended from the same coffee trees that were growing in the region centuries ago when coffee was first introduced to the region. It is a very robust naturally processed coffee with notes of Wheat Bread, Dark Chocolate Malt and Fresh Floral Tobacco.
