Solstice Blend

The solstice is an astronomical event that occurs when the apparent position of the Sun as seen from Earth reaches its northernmost or southernmost extreme depending on the plane of the celestial or terrestrial equator. Our Solstice coffee is a blend of coffees that are grown at extreme altitudes, in the 5000’ + range.

To build this tasty and well balanced blend, we brought together an Ethiopian Yergacheff, a Sumatra Mandheling GR1 and Guatemalan Antigua. All these coffees are grown at very high altitude. The flavors are crisp and clean, the Ethiopia and Guatemala bring great aroma and body while the Mandheling helps balance the acidity of coffees…
