The Diamant was created to be a little stronger than the Couloir blend, so starting from scratch, we went African and Indonesian only, 45 % black and 55 % brown roast. The blend is amazing; Strong, full bodied, tons of flavor, and a long finish. The African coffee is the key here and the Indonesian coffee cuts the acidity making it a smoother drinking blend.
