So many acronyms! What do they all mean? 2 (while not an acronym) a defect spec allowing a maximum of nine secondary defects, and no primary defects. SSFC means “Strictly Soft” (meaning free of hard, rioy taints) “Fine Cup” meaning specialty grade. Nice stand alone espresso (dark) roast, light bodied, balanced, clean crisp finish.
