Foret Noire : Our darkest house blend from central and south American beans, roasted together resulting in a typical French style roast, dark, smoky, and flavourful. This coffee presents with medium body, bright acidity, lots of aroma and a beautiful refined finish. A great cup of coffee, strong, lots of flavour, no bitterness.

Falaise : We wanted a coffee with more “punch” than our Moka Java select, so we made this amazing blend! We roast African ( mostly Kenya AA) coffee with a little Sumatra Mandheling together, dark / French roast profile, and wow! Full bodied, balanced acidity, and a long finish. Flavours include berries, smoky aroma, unique.. not for the timid…..

Cosaque : When we made this blend, the resulting flavour profile was nothing near what we expected. We were ready for a very strong, somewhat bitter bombshell of a blend. Couldn’t be farther from the truth! This is a blend of 5 African coffees. The coffee is rich, full-bodied, with bright acidity with a super long finish. The opulent richness is amazing!! Lots of flavours, caramels, chocolate, berries and even a floral tinge… really worth trying. This black /French roast is super smoky yet subtle in its strength, and again not bitter, with a long finish..
