Colibri Azul is produced around “Cerro Datanli – El Diablo”, a natural reserve known for its biological diversity, tropical cloud forest and the quality of their coffee. The reserve is a refuge for about 250 species of birds, protects at least 4 bird species in danger of extinction, including the Colibri (hummingbird). The coffee presents with smooth body, bright acidity, rich and floral aromas with a round finish. Cupping notes of Sweet, caramel and citrus.
