Moka Java Select Blend

Our Moka- java consists of Kenya AA, Ethiopian Yergacheffe and Sumatra Mandheliing. The coffees are roasted together as one, and two roasts are offered: a brown /American roast and a black/ french roast. The coffee presents as full-bodied, medium acidity with a nice long finish. The flavors can range from berries to caramels to chocolate; the brown roast is nice and smooth and the french roast is rich and smoky with a hint of bitterness.
