Couloir Blend

With the Couloir we were looking to create a complex blend which would give us a strong, smoky, full bodied coffee, with a multitude of flavors, but remain balanced. This blend is made up of 40 % dark/Italian, 15% black/ french, and 45 % brown/American roast, with coffees originating in all growing regions. A strong, smooth balanced coffee….
